Before you place an order

Delivery choices are shown for the products and destination entered at checkout. Confirm the service, destination eligibility, and shipping charge there, along with a complete recipient address.

Separate handling and travel estimates

We normally prepare an order in 1–2 business days after payment is successfully authorized. Carrier travel begins after dispatch and is estimated at 4–6 business days. Saturdays, Sundays, and applicable holidays are outside these business-day estimates. Delays can occur, so an exact delivery date is not guaranteed.

If tracking needs attention

Shipment information is sent as it becomes available; a new tracking reference may not immediately show every carrier scan. Write to adaxuciy434@gmail.com about stalled transit, a lost parcel, a delivered status without receipt, or damaged arrival. Include the checkout email, order reference, and tracking number. For visible damage, add photographs and save the parcel, product, and parts while the matter is reviewed.
